in People company. We value our staff and train them to deliver excellence
to our customers.
Investors In People Process and Outcome
The process rcm2 and its staff followed to obtain IIP certification included:
- Business Plan
A clear business plan communicated to all staff so that each one of
us knows how they contribute to our overall objectives.
- Our People and Qualifications
We are committed to the self-development of our staff. We invest
time and resources in in-house and external training. Most of our staff
are registered on part-time MSc courses to achieve post-graduate qualifications.
- Customer-Focused Processes
We value feedback from our clients in order to improve our performance.
We regularly send questionnaires to our customers and ask them to rate
our products/services and suggest how we can improve them.
- Certificate of Achievement
Every quarter, all staff nominate one person who has contributed most
to our business and she/he receives a 'Certificate of Achievement' from
rcm2's Managing Director.
- Contacts with Local Universities
We have links with a number of UK Universities (London City, Surrey,
Middlesex, York, Birmingham and Staffordshire).
